You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
